Also ‘man’ and ‘bro’ are definitely on pretty heavy rotation in my vocab… I would like to think they are really equalizing words, taking any kind of hierarchy out of a situation, which is cool, but the fact that they are gendered is obviously problematic.

Also, Petey, please never call me ladybro <3
